On the 29th October 2023, a vintage car and tractor run took place in Tullow, Co. Carlow, organised by Broughan Engineering and Fiach O’Byrne, a past patient of the NRH. Thanks to the phenomenal funds raised for the NRH Foundation through this fundraising event, we have been able to support the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) in the funding of a new specialist piece of equipment for the NRH Sports Physio Gym, a HUR Leg Machine. This much needed piece of equipment is now being utilised by patients as part of their rehabilitation treatment. All contributions and funds raised for the NRH Foundation benefit patients undergoing rehabilitation at the NRH, making a tangible difference in their journey. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who played a part in making this equipment acquisition possible for the NRH.
